Cousins Skyler and Sam

Skyler just loves Sam. When Sam would come near him or give him eye contact, Skyler would start laughing. It was hard to capture thier interaction on camera. But there were some endearing moments when Sam would come right up to Skyler and they would look right up close eye to eye and they would both just laugh. Its like they understand each other in thier own baby language/world.
