How do they know the expiration dates for juice?

    Expiration dates are not required for juice. The juice companies claim that the expiration dates are designed to ensure optimal taste. However, the reality is that the companies put expiration dates on juice primarily to encourage you to throw it out as quickly as possible and purchase more juice.
